Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.

We refund 100%, and don't play dirty games of refunding store credit.

Return Policy: 

1) The return request must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order.

2) The cost and responsibility of returning our order to the facility will be borne by the customer with shipping receipt provided to our Customer Service Team.

3) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed.

4) Customers need to fill a form before sending the item(s) back (contact our WhatsApp Helpline to get a form).

5) Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash due to policies of logistics companies.

6) Our Hassle Free Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).

7) International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged except for UAE orders. Our UAE customers need to bear the delivery charges to get the item exchanged.
