Refunds & Exchange
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Just email us firstname.lastname@example.org directly and we’ll take you through the process.
You have up to 10 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund.
The change of size or refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
In case you availed free shipping option, shipping charges of PKR 250 will be liable on all refunds/exchanges.
We recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Remember that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that, MANTO will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it. You may request to cancel or change your order within the two hours of placing your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website.
