Responsibilities include:

* Setting Up Conversational Systems for multiple brands

* Work with multiple platforms eg Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify

* Operations & Logistics Management For Orders

* Inventory Management & Tracking

* Community Management

* Monthly analysis of customer insights

Requirements:

* Experience is preferable

* Fluent in English & Urdu

* Preference to female candidates

* Minimum qualification of undergraduate degree
