Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Work with multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify etc.
- Provide detailed reports on customer insights
Requirements
- Call center experience is preferable
- Fluent in English & Urdu
- Great active listening skills
- Computer literacy
- Basic knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Excel
