Job description

Responsibilities


  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Work with multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify etc.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer insights

 

Requirements


  • Call center experience is preferable
  • Fluent in English & Urdu
  • Great active listening skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Basic knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Excel
