Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1) The return request must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order.
2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
5) Customers need to fill a form before sending the item(s) back (contact our WhatsApp Helpline to get the form).
6) Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
7) Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
8) International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged except for UAE orders. Our UAE customers need to bear the delivery charges to get the items exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days via Bank Transfer only.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
